Moscow, July 03, 2020  CrestPrecise, one of the leading M&A advisors in Russia and the CIS, completes trade sale of the 49% participatory interest in ROLF Logistics to NYK Line (Japan), acting in the capacity of financial advisor to ROLF Group.

About ROLF Logistics:

Rolf Logistic LLC is one of Russia’s leading providers of integrated finished vehicles logistics services, including: inland transportation of finished vehicles by trailers and railroad, operation of inland terminal that provides storage and PDI services for finished vehicles, operation of port terminals that feature storage, cargo handling, and a shipping agency business, customs clearance services. The Company is located in Moscow, the Russian Federation. From July 2020 ROLF Logistics became a wholly owned subsidiary of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha and was subsequently renamed to NYK Auto Logistics (Rus).

NYK Line:
